I want to accumulate a pinned specimen collection of all the bug-nettable inverts in Animal Crossing: New Leaf to hang on my wall. I can identify a number of the species on my own (namely the large and clumsily labeled beetles,) and a lot of them have full common names for me to start with, but there are a few generics (exs: tarantula, scorpion, mantis, diving beetle, fruit beetle.)
Anyone have leads on species for me to look for (common names ok but the more specific the better?)
I WILL NEVER NOT REBLOG THIS CUTE ASS COMIC
I feel like the amount of times this is on my blog is not legal.
Lol, sounds like a total Josh joke.

I had raised this caterpillar in my garden last fall, I brought it indoors to avoid an early frost, but it managed to escape from the dill plant it was on. I assumed the cat had gotten to it. I had a nice surprise a few weeks ago when I found this black swallowtail flying around my house. I gave it a meal of watered down honey and put it outside.

8-Bit Monster Hunter! EPIC!!!
Welcome to Monster Hunter, enjoy your stay!
Gah mobile wony allow question edits but hey person wthbsand boas Also ditch the heat rocks entirely! Those are incredibly dangerous and should never be used! From the sounds of it your set up was crafted entirely on assumption and perhaps poor advice, so I would set some time aside and refresh your research on the species and how to maintain general snake husbandry just so you can be sure everything is going right. Other than what I suggested, that should be all you need. A flat, light hide on either side of their respective cages might be good (cork bark is a personap fav of mine) but not necessary for sand boas (burrowers and many hides pose a crushing risk.) Anything else you add is for taste! Just make sure it is all light, heavy tank furniture poses a crush risk for burrowers! I like to use cheap fake plants from dollar tree. They sell them for fake flower arrangements there. You can also find cheap tupperware suitable for shallow water bowls there too. Sorry for typos and if this seems short in tone I am throwing these together on my breaks at work but I want to help asap lemme know if you have more ?s
Oh shit it posted to the wrong blog aaaaAAAAAAA THIS AP UGH
Poking my head out of the Animal Crossing: New Leaf cave for a second to ask a women’s health question.
I am experiencing some constant, dull ache pain in.. I think it is my right ovarie? As well as pseudo cramps. Thing is, I JUST finished my period two days ago. It can’t be ovulation pain and tue cramps feel like period cramps but without the in and out sways (much more constant.) I have never experienced this before and am especially alarmed because this is following a second new experience - my cramps are usually incredibly painful on the first day, so I curled over at one point, and felt something POP where I am feeling the dull ache right now. It was immensely painful, but only for a few seconds. It then only hurt for a few more hours when I put weight down on my right leg and I haven’t had complaint until today. I tried asking some ladies I know, and the best they could come up with was “Cyst maybe? Nothing to worry about.” So I had dismissed it. Now I regret that.
Cervical AND ovarian cancer runs in my family. I am pretty much gauranteed to get it. It killed my great grandmother, and both my grandmother and mom had to have their ladybits removed from cervix up in their early 40s. So I am really frightened of anything my uterus can throw at me and I’m just looking for answers now until I can get to a doctor.
I will see the gyno regardless, but has anyone else experienced somethong similar? Might you have insight?

If you don’t get this reference, you’re too young for tumblr.
are you fucking kidding me pixar puts out a movie ever year a baby would get this reference
it’s not pixar it’s a reference to that time in 1994 when lamps became sentient humanoids
many were lost that day
It was a grim day for mankind. My parents took refuge in a cave and thus saved us from certain death; we lived close to a lamp factory at the time and the surrounding region was utterly devastated in the conflict.
My brother fought one off using only an egg whisk and a pogo stick.
Only 90s kids remember the Lampocalypse
My father still has the scars from where one stole his kidney
Ironically, it was a dark time.
